Our Process

EVALUATION
We review notes provided by your physician before you even step foot in our office! That way, we have an idea why you’re coming in and can gather educational resources for you while we build an assessment plan. When you come in, we review your intake packet, discuss your concerns in person, and complete questionnaires and testing. This helps us really get to know our patients and make the most of our session. After our assessment, we will let you know if you qualify for continuation of services.

Our success as clinicians is based on the success of our patients. We want to do everything in our power to see each patient make progress on their goals. We do that by following evidence-based practice, adapting to our patients, and making therapy FUN! We keep you and your physicians in the loop through frequent progress notes.

RESULTS
It’s always hard to say goodbye to our patients… but discharge is the ultimate goal! Our hope is that each patient gains the skills needed to be as independent as possible, for as long as possible.
