Stephanie is a licensed pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist who is native to the Central Coast. She graduated from California State University, Chico in 2015 with her Master’s of Arts Degree in Communications Sciences and Disorders and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She is passionate about Childhood Apraxia of Speech, phonology, and expressive/receptive language interventions. When she’s not at work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, reading, and heading to the beach.

Olivia Snelson - M.S. CCC-SLP

Olivia is originally from the Central Coast. She received her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Emerson College. She works with both pediatrics and adult clients. She is particularly interested in aphasia and cognitive-communication deficits. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, yoga, camping, being at the beach with her husband and dogs, and coaching volleyball.

Bethany received her Bachelor’s in Communication Disorders from Biola University and her Master’s in Speech Pathology from Texas Christan University. She previously worked as a Speech Pathologist in an elementary school. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and dog, traveling, playing board games, hiking, and swing dancing.

Candace Montgomery - Office Manager and Scheduling Coordinator

Candace joined the Beyond Speech Therapy team in January of 2021, as the Office Manager and Scheduling Coordinator. She is the point of contact for a wide range of office needs. With 5 years of experience, Candace enjoys the challenges and rewards that come with the daily operations of a medical office. From handling all authorizations and managing continued care for our patients, she is adept at wearing many hats and managing multiple stressors. Outside of work Candace enjoys spending time with her family, creating art, and taking trips to the beach.

Isabel Arciniega, M.S., CF

Isabel is a speech-language pathologist clinical fellow from San Diego, CA. She graduated with her Master's of Science in Speech-Language Pathologist from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. Isabel had a deep interest in the medical field and teaching, which lead her to become a speech-language pathologist. She enjoys working with people of all ages to build and restore their communication. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, going to the beach, reading, and making a good cup of coffee.

Janee Speakman, M.S., CF

Janee is a speech-language pathologist clinical fellow from Southern California. She graduated from the University of Southern California with her Master’s of Science in Speech-Language Pathology. Janee became a speech-language pathologist because she wanted to give the gift of communication to others just like she had seen in her brother’s life. Janee values creating meaningful relationships with others while they are on their rehabilitative journey. Outside of work, Janee enjoys traveling, reading, playing board games, and watching the sunset at the beach.
